Sliced smoked salmon with chopped piquillo pepper

Lomo sausage bites

Satchichon sausage bites


Tapas plates

Halloumi bites cooked with fresh lime, parsley and garlic ( v )

Patatas bravas served with roasted garlic and mayonaise dip

Chorizo sausage cooked in sherry sauce

Caramelised red onion tortilla ( v )

Warm chargrilled vegetables in olive oil ( v )

Smoked Spanish paprika glazed ribs


Light bites and breads

Mixed olives ( v )

Mixed salad with a selection of homemade dressings ( v )

Warm black olive tapenade

Gusto olive bread

Sun dried tomato bread

Rosemary and sea salt focaccia bread
