Our traditional fork-buffet is made using the freshest ingredients and is delivered to your home or party venue dressed and ready to go. We’ll help with the presentation, provide the trays and napkins and cutlery and all you to do is get ready to enjoy great food.

Selection to include

Platters of freshly sliced slow roasted beef, glazed roast ham and apple roast pork.

Selection of homemade stuffings, homemade apple sauce and mild mustard.

Spring pesto dressed pasta with courgettes, mange-tout and sweet garden peas.

Pesto and fresh rocket new potato salad with spring onions, mixed fresh herbs and crème fraiche.

Mixed dressed salad with fresh herbed croutons.

Creamy homemade coleslaw.

 Cheese board selection served with crackers chutney, pickles, grapes, celery sticks.

A Selection of freshly baked breads to include french baguettes, milk rolls, fresh ciabatta and herb flat breads.

As it’s very definitely summer we thought it time we posted up a couple of recipes on the site and having just received a huge bag of fresh homegrown mint in the kitchen I thought that a recipe for a fresh mint guacamole might just fit the bill.

Sliced smoked salmon with chopped piquillo pepper

Lomo sausage bites

Satchichon sausage bites

 

Tapas plates

Halloumi bites cooked with fresh lime, parsley and garlic ( v )

Patatas bravas served with roasted garlic and mayonaise dip

Chorizo sausage cooked in sherry sauce

Caramelised red onion tortilla ( v )

Warm chargrilled vegetables in olive oil ( v )

Smoked Spanish paprika glazed ribs

 

Light bites and breads

Mixed olives ( v )

Mixed salad with a selection of homemade dressings ( v )

Warm black olive tapenade

Gusto olive bread
