Our traditional fork-buffet is made using the freshest ingredients and is delivered to your home or party venue dressed and ready to go. We’ll help with the presentation, provide the trays and napkins and cutlery and all you to do is get ready to enjoy great food.

Selection to include

Platters of freshly sliced slow roasted beef, glazed roast ham and apple roast pork.

Selection of homemade stuffings, homemade apple sauce and mild mustard.

Spring pesto dressed pasta with courgettes, mange-tout and sweet garden peas.

Pesto and fresh rocket new potato salad with spring onions, mixed fresh herbs and crème fraiche.

Mixed dressed salad with fresh herbed croutons.

Creamy homemade coleslaw.

 Cheese board selection served with crackers chutney, pickles, grapes, celery sticks.

A Selection of freshly baked breads to include french baguettes, milk rolls, fresh ciabatta and herb flat breads.

Baytree Caterers are pleased to announce we’ll be putting together a BBQ extravaganza for the new market that will be opening in Stanley Street this Saturday.

Obviously it goes without saying that anyone who feel like popping along can receive a whopping 30% off on our delicious rosemary butter steak ciabattas by simply mentioning the words “BAYTREE ARE GORGEOUS” at our tent.

Halloumi bites cooked with fresh lime, parsley and garlic ( v )

Tapas Recipes: Handmade Chorizo Sausages

It’s hard to beat fresh chorizo sausages if you’re cooking paella and frankly impossible if you need some mini whole sausages for making Chorizo in red wine.

The recipe below is adapted especially for cooking with the key ingredients being the chilli and the paprika. If you prefer your sausages on the smokey side rather than the spicy, substitute the chilli flakes and the hot paprika and add a tablespoon or two more of smoked paprika and a little more sugar.

In 2010 Michelle set up Baytree Catering with a focus on good service, good presentation and great food.

All Baytree food is cooked from fresh in our own professional kitchens using the freshest ingredients and an attention to detail that is the hallmark of good food. We love what we do and we think it shows in our work.

Baytree litebites: Salmon and almond mini fishcakes

catering recipes image of fishcakesAs the weather is getting a little warmer we thought we’d post up this recipe for salmon and almond fishcakes. A recipe we will be using more and more as the summer season approaches.

This is great as an appetiser but works well as a starter and although I’ve given directions for lite-bite sizes, you can of course beef up the portions to full-on fishcake sizes if you need a hearty lunch.

Finally as the recipe calls for cod and salmon,  if you want to bring the costs down and make these go further, par-boil, peel and grate a couple of sweet potatoes before adding these to the mixing bowl. Just be sure to increase the amount of breadcrumbs and almonds for your coating.
